Our indoor cycling training program uses an indoor cycling bike coupled with proven scientific technology of training within heart rate zones coupled with a heart rate monitor to guide you through your fitness training, in doing so uses the heart muscle as the smart monitor for getting healthier and fitter on a bike. Building an aerobic base is crucial, without this you will be going nowhere. Once you have the aerobic base we then work on your endurance and strength followed by hill climbing and then sprint training. Combining all of this, intensive interval training will help increase your anaerobic threshold so you can get to your peak performance and achieve your performance goals. High Intensity Interval Training, is one of the best methods for fat loss and muscle retention. HIIT training is not new and has been used for many years being the best way to burn fat without burning muscle. Peloton Training is aimed at the recreational or competitive cyclist who is looking for an indoor training option to compliment their road cycling at times when it is not practical to actually be out on the road. We use scientifically proven training principles linked with proper bike set up, as well as a focus on pedaling style, cadence, breathing and body position to give the participant an experience as close to the real thing as possible, but within a safe, dry and warm studio environment.
